Can I view sealed, expunged, or limited access (Clean Slate) cases?

No. Cases that have been sealed, expunged, or classified as limited access under the Clean Slate law, are not visible to the public through Case Search.

These protections are in place to comply with Pennsylvania law and ensure privacy.

If you have questions your case, please contact the court where your case is filed.

Searching for a Magisterial District Court office phone number

Tip: Completing a search by District Court is recommended. Use the following steps:

1. Change the Search field from County to District Court.

2. In the blank field, enter the district court number in which your case is filed (Sample District Number: 51-3-01).

3. Click the SEARCH button.

4. Click the SHOW DETAILS button to display the phone number for the court.
